SHIPPING AND RETURN POLICY

Domestic Shipping within Cyprus

Shipping Provider: We use the Box Now service for all domestic shipping across Cyprus. Box Now delivers all parcels within 2 working days nationwide. For more information about the service, please visit the Box Now website.

•Flat Rate: A flat rate of €3 per parcel applies to all orders.

•Weight Limit: This flat rate is applicable for parcels weighing up to 20 kg.

Shipping to Athens, Salonica and all over Greece:

For orders placed from Athens, Salonica and from all over Greece, customers at checkout will be given the option to ask for shipping cost which will be calculated by art shop aigaia according to items included in basket. Customer will be informed about the shipping cost the soonest by email. Shipping in Athens, Salonica and all over Greece are conducted in collaboration with BOX NOW.

International Shipping & Special Orders

•International Orders: For orders placed from outside of Cyprus, customer at checkout will be given the option to ask for shipping cost which will be calculated by art shop aigaia according to items included in basket. Customer will be informed about the shipping cost the soonest by email. Please be aware that customers are responsible for payment of any local customs duties and/or other local taxes of destination country.

•Special Items (Clays & Equipment): If your order includes clays and special equipment like kilns, pottery wheels etc, please contact us directly before completing your purchase. This allows us to provide the most accurate shipping cost based on your location and the weight of your order.

Other

Our distribution centre does not dispatch over Sundays or public holidays. Our last dispatch is on Saturday noon.

Although we use all reasonable means to ensure that your order is delivered within reasonable time, we cannot accept responsibility for late deliveries due to circumstances outside of our control. We will do our best to inform you of any unexpected delay. Some delays may occur depending on the destination country, and this is not possible to be controlled by us.

• Condition of Items: To be eligible for a return, the items must be unused, undamaged, and in the same condition as when received. We cannot accept returns for items that show signs of wear, damage, or have been altered in any way.
• Non-Returnable Items: Custom-made artworks, commissioned pieces, and any personalized orders are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Return Process

Damaged or Defective Items
